Infinity Curved Stairlift
A closer look at Niagara Belco’s curved stairlift, plus the questions to ask before choosing a lift for your home.

Is Belco right for your staircase?
Niagara Belco is based in Ancaster, Ontario. Its range includes the Infinity for curved stairs and the Liberty and Rave 2 for straight stairs. Belco is our third-listed provider in the Canadian stairlift comparison.
Start with the shape of your stairs and how comfortably you can get on and off the seat. We recommend confirming service availability for your postal code before arranging an assessment; a Canadian office does not by itself establish nationwide installation coverage.

What to weigh before buying
Why consider it
- The Infinity combines a padded seat and soft start/stop operation.
- Belco’s catalogue also offers straight-stair alternatives, allowing you to discuss the appropriate model rather than assuming every staircase needs a curve.
- A direct provider quote gives you a chance to specify the complete installation and aftercare requirements before committing.
What needs checking
- Have the installer assess seated fit, landing space and safe transfers, not only the rail route.
- Ask about doorways, parking positions and how much usable stair width remains for others.
- Confirm who services your address, call-out charges and response arrangements.
- Request written confirmation of any options needed for your particular home.
Belco costs, installation and warranty
The Infinity page does not publish a fixed price. Request an itemized quote for your actual staircase rather than treating a general stairlift price range as a Belco offer.
Ask whether the total covers the measured rail, any parking extensions, options, electrical work, applicable taxes and the installation handover. Clarify the deposit, expected delivery date and cancellation terms before paying.
Get the warranty document alongside the quote. Check parts, labour, batteries, travel charges, maintenance requirements and the process for requesting help. A stated warranty duration alone does not explain those terms.
For broader budgeting questions, see our stairlift buying checklist and provider comparison.
Ask to discuss seat height, ease of using the controls, turning at the top landing and how the lift is parked and charged. Include the person who will use it in that conversation whenever possible.
Belco stairlift questions
Does Belco sell straight stairlifts too?
Yes. Its website lists the Liberty and Rave 2 alongside the Infinity. Ask which configuration fits your stairs.
Can I book installation anywhere in Canada?
Confirm your postal code directly with Belco. We have not established nationwide installation or repair coverage.
How are phone calls and quote requests handled?
Calls to (888) 421-7747 are forwarded to Belco. The Seniors Bulletin quote form uses our Canadian referral workflow: eligible enquiries may be shared with Acorn and, in eligible GTA, Hamilton and Niagara locations, AmeriGlide / Belco. It is not an exclusive Belco form. You can also contact Belco through its official website.
Has Seniors Bulletin personally tested this lift?
This is a specification-based editorial review, not a hands-on test or a collection of verified customer testimonials. Arrange a demonstration where available and compare written quotes.
Take the next step
Confirm local coverage and arrange an assessment for the person and staircase involved.

Request a Stairlift Quote
This Seniors Bulletin referral form is not exclusive to Belco. Eligible requests may go to Acorn and, in GTA, Hamilton and Niagara, AmeriGlide / Belco. Providers confirm availability at your address.
Your request is not a booking or a guaranteed quote. Your optional message and stated province are retained with the enquiry but are not currently mapped into provider request fields; please reconfirm them during follow-up.
