Products

There are two options in the At Home Series.  One is the classic unit, and the other is the cellular unit.

Classic: At Home Series

The Classic unit is the simplest version of the system for users who have a home phone line.  The system connects to a home phone line and comes with a wireless help button.  When you press the help button, you connect with the emergency response center, which offers 2-way live voice communication with a trained agent.

This system offers:

  • 24h Protection
  • 2-Way Live Voice Communications
  • Waterproof Help Button
  • Up to 1000 ft. Range
  • Lanyard and Wrist Strap Included
  • Plugs into any Home Phone Line
  • Lifetime Warranty
  • No Contract
  • No Activation Fee
  • No Installation Fee
  • No Cancellation Fee
  • Free Shipping
  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

The device is loud and clear so that communication between yourself and the operator is clear.  The device has high-output speakers and sensitive microphones so that communication is uninhibited.

There is a 48-hour battery back-up so the unit can be operational even in a power outage.  If the power goes out, the back-up battery will power your device until the power is restored.  Once the power comes back on, the battery recharges itself to be ready for any future incidences.

With this unit, there is also a no-fee portability option.  If you are going on a vacation or staying with a friend or relative, you can take the unit with you.  Just update your address so that when the operators look at your profile, they will know where you are in an emergency.

No Phone Line?  No Problem.

Cellular: At Home Series

The home series also offers an option for cellular users.  The cellular system is very similar to the classic system, with a few differences.  The most obvious being that it works through your cellular provider as opposed to using a landline. The other main difference is the range of the device.

In comparison, the Classic system has a 1000 ft. range, the range of the Cellular system is 600 ft.  This system also offers a little more security in the event of a power outage.  The back-up battery will last up to 60 hours instead of the 48 hours on the Classic system.

At Home: Fall Detection Series

The Fall Detection Series offers two options as well.  There is one for at home and one for on the go!  This model provides extra protection with an added fall-detection sensor.  If the built-in sensor detects a fall, help can be on the way immediately. The at-home version of this model is for use in-home as it has a 600 ft. range.  Other features of this product include:
  • 24h Protection
  • 2-Way Live Voice Communications
  • Waterproof Help Button
  • Pendant Included
  • Plugs into any Home Phone Line
  • Lifetime Warranty
  • No Contract
  • No Activation Fee
  • No Installation Fee
  • No Cancellation Fee
  • Free Shipping
  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
This model is ideal for those who are prone to falling as it has an automatic sensor to detect falls.  The automatic sensor means that help can be dispatched even if you can’t get to your button. The fall detection button lasts anywhere from 2-4 years, so it does not need replacing frequently.  Do you need more security and peace of mind?  Every week, the system is run through a test and.  If any issues are detected, or your batteries are low, an agent will contact you.   He will ensure everything is working or let you know your batteries need replacing.

On The Go: Fall Detection Series

The On the Go Fall Detection Model provides even more peace of mind for those who may need it.  It has a built-in cellular phone line, fall detection, and has an added option of geo-fencing.  Geo-fencing is an excellent option for people who wish to be more active but still have peace of mind.  It is also great for users who have dementia and Alzheimer’s. The other great feature of the On the Go Fall Detection Series is that caregivers are equipped with access to the CareCloud service. This service allows them to monitor their loved ones through events tracked by the device. This device can be worn as a pendant, a bracelet, or clipped to a belt and offers the following features:
  • 24h Protection
  • 2-Way Live Voice Communications
  • Water-Resistant Device
  • Nationwide Range
  • Breakaway Lanyard, Wrist Strap, and Belt Clip Included
  • Built-in Cellular Phone Line
  • GPS Location Tracking
  • GeoFencing (Optional)
  • Fall Detection
  • No Contract
  • No Activation Fee
  • No Installation Fee
  • No Cancellation Fee
  • Free Shipping
  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
  • Lifetime Warranty
As long as the user is in cell phone range, this unit can be used virtually anywhere in Canada.  The GeoFencing option allows relatives to monitor the movement of a loved one.  The monitoring option is a particularly great feature for those with failing memory.  It helps to ensure that you will not get lost.

Costs

Each system is available with no installation fee, no activation fee, and the option to cancel at any time with no charge.  The monthly fee for each system will depend on which system you choose.

The at-home systems are available for a monthly fee of $25.  The Fall Detection series is $35 a month, and the On the Go option is $55 a month.

The Final Take

The best system for you will depend on your independence level and where you require the most support. The On the Go system will offer the most security and peace of mind. If you are still relatively active and independent, one of the other systems may be all you require for now. That is the best part of getting in on a promotional deal. You can choose a system to try and see if it is what you require. If you feel it does not offer the security you are looking for; you can cancel it and opt for another choice!
